Updates to Our Terms

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by AETech, its licensors or content providers and are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed without prior written permission from AETech. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Agreement to Arbitrate

This section applies to any dispute except claims related to intellectual property enforcement or validity.

“Dispute” means any disagreement between you and AETech related to the Services or these Terms, under any legal basis.

Notice of Dispute

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for sixty (60) days before arbitration begins.

Submissions and Privacy

Any ideas, suggestions, designs, or materials submitted become non-confidential and the sole property of AETech, with no compensation owed.
AETech may use such submissions freely for any purpose.

Promotions

AETech may offer promotions or contests governed by separate rules. Participation implies acceptance of all applicable rules.

Typographical Errors

If any product or service is listed incorrectly, AETech reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments.

AETech Warranty

The AETech Warranty covers eligible products for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects.

First 10 days: full coverage including screen.
After that: all components except screen.

Misuse, water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

AETech Extended Warranty

Extends coverage to two years from purchase.

Includes accidental damage up to a maximum claim value.
Limited to one claim per warranty period.

Any excess cost is the customer’s responsibility.
